3.2 — Principles of the model

Our university promotes active student-centered learning, oriented toward developing transversal competencies and holistic education. The learning process is built on a strong link with the environment and the productive sector, a firm commitment to internationalization, and the pledge to ensure a relevant, observable and continuously improving graduate profile.

The gap

Between what the model declares and what the classroom lives, there is a chasm no one measures

— 01

The model lives in a PDF

The provost's office drafted it, the council approved it… and each teacher interprets it their own way, if they read it at all. Without a system that executes it, the model is a statement of intent.

— 02

AI broke deliverable-based assessment

Any student generates a final assignment in minutes. Only process evidence — who did what, when and how — still demonstrates real learning.

“BeChallenge connects what your institution declares with what the student lives — and turns it into evidence.

01
Act one · Live it

The experiences your model promises — starting where you can move

Extracurricular activity and company engagement don't wait for reforms: internships, company challenges, Challenge Weeks and international experiences start this semester. The curricular part comes later, by gravity.

The module that connects both worlds

University ↔ Company: everyone contributes, everyone wins

Your university already has the network: active agreements, alumni employers, regional allies. What it lacked was the infrastructure to activate it — a digital space with your brand where you manage internships and receive real challenges.

We don't lend you a generic network. We are the infrastructure of yours.

The university wins

End-to-end management and demonstrable engagement

Internships, agreements and mentors without Excel. A living catalog of real challenges for its classrooms. And evidence of the "link with the environment" that every accreditation asks for.

The company wins

Open innovation and identified talent

Post challenges and get dozens of fresh solutions. Support interns with its own mentor. And discover talent by evidence in Talent Hub — before its competitors.

The student wins

Real world and visibility

Work on real problems, with company mentors. And their work is seen by those who hire: every deliverable adds to a trajectory visible to employers.

The company-challenge catalog is like the Trojan horse of the educational model: every challenge a teacher adopts is experiential learning entering the classroom with no reform at all.

Why BeChallenge

Some platforms get you projects. This is something else.

Beneath every challenge there is an 8-year method: phases built on Kolb's cycle, individual discovery before teams form, traceable contribution and 360° assessment. And on top, a system that aggregates every experience into your institution's graduate profile. A challenge board can be copied in a quarter. Eight years of pedagogical method cannot.

02
Act two · Support

Teachers don't adopt platforms. They adopt what gives them back time.

Eight years of implementations taught us adoption isn't decreed from leadership: it's earned. Design in minutes, zero spreadsheets, and a method that supports the teacher — never replaces them.

Our own methodology built on Kolb's cycle, in 3, 5 or 7 phases depending on the format. With a differentiator that changes everything: individual discovery before forming teams — each student investigates first and arrives with their own perspective. No one rides as a passenger, and individual contribution is traceable from minute one.

And AI, with judgment: more than 21 pedagogical tools where AI suggests and the teacher decides. Student data is never used to train models.

How we do it · 8 years of method

A progressive transformation, not a leap into the void

We don't promise magic. A method refined over 8 years with real institutions: we start small, generate evidence and build your autonomy — never your dependence.

1

Diagnosis

We understand your context, your culture and your real starting point. No recipes.

2

Core team

We train the internal change agents who will lead the transformation.

3

Pilots

First experiences with intensive support that generate evidence and confidence.

4

Scaling

We scale with methodology and document everything so it can be replicated. Each step, without rushing.

5

Autonomy

Your team leads the change. We move to an occasional support role.

03
Act three · Demonstrate

Everything lived becomes evidence

Every experience feeds a living graduate profile, per student, cohort and program. The archive that's worth more with each passing year.

Design

In minutes

Phases, activities and rubrics aligned to competencies, generated with AI and 100% editable.

Facilitate

Without spreadsheets

The whole process recorded: who did what, when and how.

Assess

With evidence

Self, peer and instructor assessment tied to concrete evidence of the work.

Demonstrate

By cohort and program

Exportable reports for leadership, councils and accreditation.

Destination 1 · The accrediting agency

Longitudinal evidence for your next process

The input that CNA, COPAES, CONEAU, CACES, ARCU-SUR and international agencies like ABET or AACSB ask for — accumulated semester by semester, not fabricated in the weeks before.

Destination 2 · The hiring company

Employability you can prove

Capabilities demonstrated with real deliverables, company assessment and a visible trajectory. The enrollment argument your competition can't copy.

Verifiable credentials

Evidence becomes a credential the employer can verify

The 2026 market doesn't hire diplomas: it hires demonstrated skills. Every competency assessed in BeChallenge is issued as a verifiable digital credential — backed by its evidence — that the student shares on LinkedIn or their CV, and that any company checks in one click.

01

Open-standard badges

Open Badges-compatible credentials: portable, independent of your platform, and they follow the student throughout their professional life.

02

Backed by evidence

Each badge links to the real work behind it: deliverables, 360° assessment and traced contribution. Not a label — proof.

03

Shareable and verifiable

One click to add them to LinkedIn and a public link so the employer can confirm authenticity. Employability that is proven, not promised.

It's the bridge that closes the loop: what your student lives becomes evidence, and evidence becomes a credential that counts in the job market.

Diagnosis · 2 minutes

How big is your gap between the model and the classroom?

Seven questions an accreditation committee — or an employer — would ask you. We don't ask what you do: we ask what you could demonstrate this week.

01

If the accreditor asked tomorrow for evidence of each graduate-profile competency, by cohort, could you deliver it that same week?

02

Of the "active" experiences from last semester, how many would pass this filter: more than 10 teaching hours, defined phases and evidence of what was learned?

03

Faced with a group-grade complaint, could you reconstruct who did what, when and how?

04

Does the evidence from professional internships feed the graduate profile or stay in closing reports?

05

Was your last accreditation process based on longitudinal data or pieced together with surveys and documents in the weeks before?

06

Can a company see your students' demonstrated capabilities today, beyond the CV?

07

If your most innovative teacher resigned tomorrow, could another replicate their experiences next semester?

Where to start

No one executes an entire educational model on day one

Three doors depending on your starting point. One single goal: that every student, in every program, graduates with demonstrated capabilities — not just the ones who got lucky with their teacher.

If you're a teacher

Start free with the AI Designer

Your first full experience in minutes, ready for your class. No card, no permissions. If it works for you, your institution will want to know.

If your institution wants to start now

Challenge Week

The entire educational model, compressed into a visible, mobilizing week. Configurable at 3 depths, with a fixed-price proposal in 24 h and an evidence report at the close.

If your priority is company engagement

Company Module: internships + challenges + talent

Manage professional internships end to end and turn your network of partners and alumni into companies that post challenges and discover talent. Own budget and owner; zero curricular reform.

No door requires touching the curriculum. The curricular part arrives on its own: when a teacher finds a company challenge ready to use — with phases, deliverables and rubric — they bring it into their classroom without asking any committee. That's how the educational model infiltrates: by gravity, not by mandate.

What academic teams ask us

Does BeChallenge get the companies for us?
No — and it's deliberate. Platforms that "get" you companies give you generic projects from firms that don't know your region and won't hire your graduates. We activate the network you already have — agreements, alumni employers, allies — with a dedicated account for each company and your institutional brand. Onboarding includes the activation playbook: invitations, templates and the first wave of challenges published in the first 30 days. The relationship stays yours; we provide the infrastructure to scale it.
Do we have to reform the curriculum to start?
No — and it's deliberate. The entry doors (internships, company challenges, Challenge Weeks, COIL) don't require touching the curriculum or going through committees. The curricular part comes later and voluntarily: teachers adopting ready-made challenges in their courses, at their own pace and with support.
Does this replace our LMS?
No. LTI 1.3 integration with Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard and Brightspace, single sign-on and grade synchronization. Your LMS manages courses; BeChallenge executes your educational model.
What if the faculty doesn't adopt it?
The right question — and the reason for our model. We start with a Challenge Week and measure real adoption before scaling. The pilot includes success metrics agreed by contract.
Is it useful for our accreditation?
Yes: longitudinal evidence of the graduate profile per student, cohort and program — the input that CNA, COPAES, CONEAU, CACES, ARCU-SUR, ABET or AACSB ask for. Exportable in ready-made reports.
Does it manage internships and company agreements?
The full cycle: agreements with alerts, academic and company mentors, checkpoints, shared assessment and a command center. The internship evidence feeds the same graduate profile.
What languages is the platform in?
In 6: Spanish, English, Catalan, Portuguese, Hebrew and Arabic, with full RTL support. Ideal for COIL and international campuses.
How much does it cost?
The Challenge Week is configured at three depths: micro (design of the experiences, always included), meso (method and institutional system) and macro (alignment with your educational model). You receive a fixed-price proposal in 24 h based on depth and number of students — and that price doesn't move. The institutional subscription is sized by active programs. No hidden costs.
What about data security?
Enterprise grade: GDPR compliance, hosting in the European Union, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logs and daily backups with 30-day retention. Student data is never used to train AI models. LTI integration is set up in about 30 minutes with support from our team.
